No, unfortunately we do not offer gift wrapping service.

DO YOU CHARGE ME RIGHT AWAY WHEN PLACING AN ORDER?

No. We only charge you once your order has shipped.

 

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

 

We process (ship) your order within 1-3 business days. Time in transit will depend on the shipping address. All orders are shipped via Canada Post from our warehouse in Montreal. There are no duties or exchange rates to be concerned with! Under normal conditions you should receive your order within 10 business days.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

 

If you wish to change your order, please contact our customer service as quickly as possible at [email protected] If your order has not yet been shipped we can change it. If your order has already been shipped you can return it to us.

 

SOMETHING IS MISSING IN MY ORDER.

In rare occasions, we run out of stock and send the order without the missing item(s). You will only be charged for the item(s) that you receive.

 

SOMETHING IS DEFECTIVE.

 

If you believe that something is wrong with a product please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail at [email protected] with a precise description of the defective product. Please enclose a copy of the invoice. We may also ask you to enclose a photo. Your claim will be processed within 3 business days.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

 

We are unable to cancel any order that has begun the shipping process. Orders that are being processed may be cancelled by emailing customer service, [email protected], requesting an order cancellation . We cannot guarantee success but will make every attempt to stop your package before its ships.
