OPTION 2. Free returns using the enclosed return label

You can also return products by sending them back to us, if it suits you better. Once we have received and processed your return package, you will be refunded via the payment method you used in the purchase. If you want a different size or style, please place a new order on the website. Your new order will be shipped within 3 business days.

It’s free to return your package when you use the enclosed return label, but remember it can be up to 14 days from we receive your returned package, until the money has been refunded to your account. Please note that our experience shows that it might be up to 7 business days (Monday-Friday) from you submit the package to a Canada Post until we receive the package in our warehouse. You can also visit one of our stores where our staff will help you exchange your package to another product or refund your money immediately.

Here is how you do it:
1. Safely wrap the products you want to return. As far as possible, we recommend you to reuse the packaging in which you received the order.
2. Attach the the enclosed receipt in the package.
3. The enclosed return label must be placed on the outside of the package. Please make sure to cover or remove the original package label.
4. Hand in the package at a Canada Post, and remember to ask for a receipt.

We will process your return and refund the money within 7 days of receiving the package in our warehouse. You will receive a receipt via e-mail when we have completed your return and added the money to disbursement. Typically, it will be 2-5 business days from you receive the receipt by email to the money is available in your bank account. This period may vary depending on your bank and the payment method you used at the purchase.
