Online shop

The CHANGE.com web shop is Change of Scandinavia’s own online store. The web shop is open 24 hours so you can shop whenever it suits you the best. All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars. We are happy to welcome you as our customer and we hope that you will have a positive experience with our online shop.

Returns

We hope that all of our products will meet your expectations. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you can always exchange or return every product bought online, only provided that the products are unused and contain the original barcode tags that are placed on all our products. For the details, please see our Return Policy.

Sold out products

Unfortunately, it is possible that some of our products or sizes visible online might be sold out. In such cases we will contact you by e-mail and let you decide, whether you prefer to cancel the order or proceed without the missing product. Please note that you will have 24 hours to respond. If we do not receive any reply from you, the order will automatically be sent without the missing product, for which you will not be charged. The missing product will appear on your initial order confirmation but will not appear on your final invoice.

Shipping and delivery

Your products will be sent by Canada Post within 3 business days after you completed your order online. At peak times, such as major retail campaigns like Black Friday or during Christmas and Easter, you should expect delivery time can be extended.
When your order has been sent from our warehouse, you will receive the invoice for you order via e-mail. Once received, you can be sure that the parcel is on the way.
You can expect to receive your order within 5-10 business days from the day of shipping. In total your time until delivery should not exceed 13 business days.
Note please that you will be charged an additional fee for the freight: $9.95 (Canadian dollars). The delivery freight cost is fixed no matter how many products you purchase.

Free shipping

If the value of your order exceed $95, we cover the shipping cost.

Sales taxes

The sales taxes are determined based on the shipping location, so if you place an order to be shipped in British Colombia, and your billing address is in Quebec, British Colombia sales taxes will be charged on your invoice. The applicable provincial sales taxes will be added to all orders.

When you order at change.com and/or subscribe to our newsletters we register your contact details such as: e-mail address, phone number and delivery address. Moreover, we will ask you to choose your favorite products and sizes. Please note that these details are needed in order for you to receive personalized offers that consider your previous choices with CHANGE, as well as relevant information via our newsletter. Please also be informed that all of your private details are secured and will not be forwarded to any third parties. We will also keep this information in order for you to always be able to see your sizes and all of your previous purchases.

Payment

We accept the following credit cards: Visa Credit Card, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard Credit Card, MasterCard Debit, Discover and American Express. Payments are processed through AltaPay. We will not charge you before the products will be shipped. After you have placed the order, the confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Please remember to go through it and check if it contains the products that you have chosen. If you find any mistakes, please contact our customer service at [email protected] as soon as possible.
