Stronger Futures Through Education
We understand that the strength of our company is deeply intertwined with the strength of the communities around us. In Guizhou, China-home to our production site-we’ve focused our efforts on building resilient, supportive networks for both our employees and the local community.
One key initiative is our weekly English classes for the children of employees. What began as a space for kids to learn and grow while their parents worked has evolved into a structured program with a dedicated teacher, allowing young learners to build their language skills and gain confidence. This program not only enriches the children’s lives but also strengthens the bond between CHANGE and the local community, fostering a spirit of mutual support and growth.
Richard Gu, our General Manager of CHANGE Lingerie Asia, has played an instrumental role in leading these initiatives, guided by his deep respect for the individuals who contribute so much to our company. His leadership reflects our core values, where community and education are at the heart of our mission.
Tuition Support in Challenging Times
In 2024, we introduced a tuition support program designed to assist long-term employees who are facing personal hardships, such as serious illness or the loss of a partner. By covering the school expenses of their children, we aim to provide financial relief and ensure that families can continue to focus on their well-being without the added pressure of educational costs. This program reflects our commitment to our employees, helping them navigate challenging times with stability and security.
These initiatives go beyond simply offering aid - they are a core part of our mission to nurture strong, resilient communities. By providing practical support and investing in education, we’re helping to create a future where every individual has the opportunity to thrive.
“Supporting the people around us isn’t charity—it’s responsibility. By providing education and skills, we’re not just helping individuals; we’re strengthening our ties with the community and building a future where everyone thrives.”
- Richard (General Manager in China)
