Membership in the CHANGE Club is free.

To be a member of Club CHANGE, you must agree to receive our newsletter. You can cancel your consent to receive electronic marketing at any time by unsubscribing from our newsletter. If you unsubscribe from our newsletter, you also agree to cancel your Club CHANGE membership.

You become a member by filling out a registration form in one of our stores or in our webshop. When you do it in-store, you will receive your personal membership card at the same time. If you fill in our online form, you will receive your card along with your first order.

It is free to become a member of Club CHANGE—but you have to be 16 years old. The membership card is not a debit or credit card. The membership card only gives you access to discounts and promotions as indicated. You must show your Club CHANGE membership card when shopping in-store to receive your discount, or log in to your account when shopping online. When shopping online, you can also log onto your personal page to change your personal information, create your wish list, subscribe to our newsletter, or unsubscribe.

CHANGE Lingerie is not responsible for any losses caused by an omission or error regarding the information stored on your profile. We’ll send you information about our promotions, contests, and special offers for members via our newsletters. We disclaim, however, any liability for losses you might incur due to missing or incorrect information. We urge you to ensure that our newsletter does not end up in a spam filter. If you lose your membership card, you can obtain a new one at your nearest CHANGE Lingerie store or call our Customer Service at 1-844-977-3277, Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. The history of your purchases will remain accessible via your new membership card.

If your card has been lost or stolen, we can lock your card. CHANGE Lingerie is not responsible for any abuse incurred from the loss or theft of the card. Club CHANGE does not cooperate with other member clubs and brands, and you will only receive offers from Club CHANGE.

When you become a Club CHANGE member, the information you have provided to us upon joining will be recorded. CHANGE Lingerie uses your personal information solely for the administration of Club CHANGE and to send you marketing materials via email or SMS. All information is kept confidential and will be deleted if you choose to opt out again. No information is disclosed to individuals outside CHANGE Lingerie. We use your information to send you targeted offers and marketing material via email.
