We’ve Updated Our Returns Policy
Here’s what’s changing:
Starting from 21.01.2026, we’ve made some updates to our returns process:
1) Free returns in all CHANGE stores
2) Returns by post now come with a small fee of 5.95 CAD, which will be deducted while processing your refund
3) You still have 30 days to return or exchange your order
4) When returning in-store, you’ll receive a free gift as a thank-you*.

Why We Made the Change:
We want to offer a more personalised, helpful return experience in-store – while also reducing the environmental impact of shipping. That’s why our new policy encourages returns to your local CHANGE store.
Our staff is here to help you find the right size, style, or fit. And as a thank-you for choosing the more sustainable option, you’ll receive a free pair of Isabella socks when you return in store.
