Our Story
1995
Founded by Claus Walther Jensen and Gitte Breil in Denmark, CHANGE emerged from a shared vision to create lingerie that truly fits every woman. Recognizing a gap in the market for stylish yet well-fitting bras, they embarked on a mission to redefine comfort and design in intimate apparel.
1997
Lissi Lid develops the first Lissi bra, which became the foundation of CHANGE Lingerie. This iconic design represents the commitment to #MyPerfectFit, offering a unique fit system for every woman.
2001
CHANGE Lingerie opens its first store in Ringsted, Denmark, marking the beginning of its retail journey.
2006
The brand expanded internationally with its first store in Germany, establishing CHANGE Lingerie as a growing presence in Europe.
2007
CHANGE Lingerie starts offering online shopping with the launch of change.com
2008
Introduces Club CHANGE, which now boasts over 2 million members.
2014
Introduces Intimate, a sub-brand for the next generation of women
2015
As growth continued, CHANGE Lingerie celebrated the milestone of opening its 200th store, further cementing its status as a global brand.
2020
In a strategic move to strengthen its market position, CHANGE acquired Swedish lingerie brand Twiflift, with 55 stores, becoming Scandinavia’s largest lingerie brand.
2021
In an effort to enhance production capabilities and support global growth, CHANGE Lingerie opened its first manufacturing facility in China.
2025
Today, CHANGE Lingerie boasts over 300 stores across nine markets, including Europe and Canada, with a dedicated team of more than 2,000 employees worldwide. Headquartered in Farum, Denmark, the brand remains steadfast in its mission to provide every woman with the perfect fit, combining Scandinavian design with a deep understanding of diverse body types.
