Sales Career
Onboarding
You will be trained and guided by both your store manager and your sales coach during the first months of the job. Your onboarding includes all the basic learning points required to succeed on the job and deliver a great customer experience. During your onboarding, you will be trained "live" in the store as well as online via e-learning in the CHANGE employee app.
Career steps
You will have the opportunity to advance, e.g., for a position as Senior Personal Shopper or Advanced Personal Shopper, and perhaps later to become a Store Manager or Sales Coach, if this matches your qualifications and ambitions. Your progress depends on learning new skills and achieving specific goals.

Store Manager Career
At CHANGE, we offer an exciting career for our Store Managers, you can develop and become a partner. We help you with the training both in the store and online via our app, so that you get the necessary managerial and operational tools.
Onboarding
You will receive training and guidance from your Sales Coach, who will be your closest sparring partner. The Sales Coach will guide you in all facets of your management of the store, staff, and sales. We will follow and support you closely after onboarding to ensure your continued success..
Career steps
After a 6–12-month evaluation period, you will be evaluated based on clear objective and subjective goals, e.g., your financial results, your skills as a manager and how you run the store. After a positive evaluation, you will be offered a position as Store Manager Partner and get the opportunity to get a share of your store's profits.
